Shorty Says, Faith Caltrider

Shorty says that Lil Wayne’s new mixtape Dedication 5 was great.

Lil Wayne dropped Dedication 5 and the social media crowd went crazy with criticism, both negative and positive.

I’ve listened to the entire mixtape about 10 times. It is well organized and his tag team with DJ Drama is once again a success. He finished strongly with 29 tracks.

He makes it a trend to apologize to his fans for having them wait for him to drop an album or a mixtape. He featured a couple of well known artists that the audience will also enjoy listening to. This included The Weeknd, Birdman, T.I, Lil Chuckie and others. Lil Wayne flows on the song beats of other artists including “Don’t Kill My Vibe” by Kendrick Lamar, “C.R.E.A.M” by Wu Tang Clan, “Started From The Bottom” by Drake, etc., turning it into his own and keeping the listener entertained.

Wayne expresses how much success and money he has in his tracks in a variety of ways. Upcoming rappers and song writers look up to artists like him to keep on pushing and never give up on what you feel you do best.

I disregard any negative comments about Lil Wayne or about his mixtape. He is just out here trying to make it like everybody else, he only has a different way of doing it…

And that’s what Shorty said.
