The rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, has taken a plea deal in court and has pleaded guilty to 9 counts of racketeering conspiracy, firearm charges and narcotics trafficking in Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) case in the state of New York.
According to court documents, the rapper was apparently involved in the trafficking of heroin, fentanyl, ecstasy, marijuana and other hard drugs.
The racketeering conspiracy included multiple murders, shootings, robberies and extortion as well. Daniel was fighting this case since he got arrested on November 19, 2018.
Tekashi entered the plea on January 23rd, leading to believe that he has been cooperating with the police to bring down the remaining parts of his gang called Treyway.
The controversial rapper was waiting on his court hearing in September with the possibility of life in prison. Now that the Hernandez has pleaded guilty, it is vague what sentence the rapper will face after entering the guilty pleas.
