Explosion in St. Petersburg may be terrorist attack

A blast in a St. Petersburg metro has killed 11 people, Russian officials say, and may be the result of a terrorist attack. All possible options are being explored currently. Dozens more have been injured as a result of the blast, as it was detonated from inside of a train car as it passed through two stations.
