Chicago Cubs player, Dexter Fowler, moves to a different team


On his flight to his hometown, Las Vegas, on Thursday, December 8th was the last meeting Dexter Fowler had before his five year, $82.5 million dollar contract with the Cardinals which he finalized on Friday morning. The Cardinals had to extend beyond their comfort zone to sign Fowler by offering him a blanket no-trade clause. The deal will pay Fowler $16.5 million per season through 2021.
