Fall Out boy originated in Chicago, received a Grammy nomination and split in 2009. The four musicians reunited to release their album “Save Rock and Roll” in 2013. They rocked the stage on March 8, 2015 at the Houston livestock show and rodeo for their first time.

The four members of the band are Patrick Stump, vocalist and guitarist; Pete Wentz, bassist and lyricist; Andrew Hurley, drummer; and Joe Trohman, guitarist. Unfortunately, Joe Trohman was unable to perform at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on Sunday night because he was having emergency back surgery.

The cold rain and wet trams didn’t slow down the crowds of people getting to the concert. Also, Ford was giving out free rain ponchos to protect people from the rain if they signed up to test drive a truck.

Fall Out boy performed several old favorites such as  “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race” (worldwide hit single), “Thnks fr th Mmrs”(worldwide hit single), “Sugar, We’re Goin Down”(double platinum single), “Dance, Dance”(double platinum single), “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)” (triple platinum top 20 single) and “Centuries” (Platinum top 10 hit). They mixed these old and popular songs with some new and lesser known songs such as “Immortals”, “American Beauty/American Psycho” and “Irresistible”.

The band proudly announced that it was national women’s day and begun to sing a song inspired by one of their favorite actress, Uma Therman.

The lights and graphics throughout the show were incredible. The NGA Stadium did a spectacular job with the visuals throughout the performance.Their song centuries was accompanied by exceptional graphic that alluded to ancient civilizations that will truly be “remembered for centuries”.

Fireworks brought the performance to an explosive close during their last song, “Thnks fr th Mmrs” left the crowd with amazing memories and wanting more.
