This is not the first time that police has stop Georgia woman’s execution from happening.
This time the execution was halted because of concerns about the drugs to be used.
Kelly was scheduled to die at 7 p.m. on Monday, however “Prior to the execution, the drugs were sent to an independent lab for testing of potency. The drugs fell within the acceptable testing limits,” the Georgia Department of Corrections said.
Despite the set back a new schedule has be set for Kelly execution.
